Just because your Stairlift is an older version, does not mean it’s “obsolete and in need of upgrading”…… That’s a story peddled by some larger Traders to encourage you to purchase their latest model!
Failing that, you may be told you need a highly-priced Service Contract to keep the stairlift in working order, since “Spare Parts are now in extremely short supply”….
